About Us
The Mission of NewCov is to love and lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. God is doing huge things for His Kingdom at NewCov – come and join the excitement! We work to achieve our mission in three primary ways:
| Connection Groups – Connection Groups are where real relationships take place. In nearly all of our teaching venues, our congregation participates by active discussion and relationship building. We avoid the typical lecture-hall format with its static rows of “auditors” and, instead, we are seated in table-groups that provide a more human connecting point. It is in this way that learning is enhanced and relationships are fostered. |
| Leadership Development – We have a passion for participation. We want everyone who calls NewCov their spiritual home to develop to their fullest capacity. We believe the best way to grow is by application and not just by information. The primary way that we help people become all that God would have them to be is through leadership development. Our commitment is to assist every individual to discover a living relationship with our Creator, to find his/her personal strengths and gifts, and to become engaged in working with God in a meaningful activity. We call this “finding our Sweet Spot.” |
