ABOUT FITNESS:
 NewCov’s Fitness Ministry assists the church body in rebuilding their temple so that it might be a fit place for God to dwell. We support, encourage and motivate each other. Whether your desire is to lose weight, improve your nutrition and eating habits, incorporate more exercise into your daily routine, or just fellowship with other health conscious Christians, you can find what you need here.
