At NewCovKids we believe in the holiness of God, the sinfulness of mankind, and the redemption for sins found only in Jesus Christ. It’s our desire to see kids fully know Jesus and fully follow Him all the days of their lives!
CORE is our mid-week program for kids ages birth through 4th grade.
Kids ages birth through age 2 will be well cared for by members of our Child-care team.
Kids ages 3 through 4th grade will be engaged through an extension of our Sunday morning curriculum. There will be games, singing, crafts, and fun friendship-building activities each week.
CORE runs every Wednesday from September-May.
NewCovKids is the place to be for kids ages birth through 4th grade. Each morning kids will head to their age-specific classes for a great time of singing, games, arts/crafts, and an engaging Bible lesson. At NewCovKids, kids learn about the Holiness of God, the Sinfulness of Man, and the Redemption of Jesus, EVERY SINGLE SUNDAY. Our desire is to see kids fully know, fully love, and fully follow Jesus!

NewCovKids desires to minister to ALL kids, and see ALL kids grow to fully know, fully love, and fully follow Jesus Christ! We’d like to welcome you to our Mosaic Special Needs Ministry. Kids with special needs are ministered to in ways that fit them best, whether in our Mosaic classroom, or in a classroom with a Mosaic-buddy of their own.
For more information or to enroll your child in the Mosaic | Special Needs Ministry, email Miranda Borman.
The act of dedicating children to the Lord was a common practice of blessing among God’s people in Biblical times. In addition, it was a statement of recognition, on the part of parents, that their child belonged to God.
As believers today, we dedicate children with the same purpose in mind. The dedication is more than a ritual, it is a commitment on the part of parents to honor the will of and Word of God.
To request a child dedication date, click the link below and complete the form. Lisa follow up with you to confirm the details of your dedication day.
Children’s Ministry Director
Hey NewCov! I’ve been the Children’s Ministry Director since October, 2023. I have had the joy of serving students of all ages for almost 30 years. My heart is to see kids fall in love with Jesus as they recognize the holiness of God, the sinfulness of man, and the redemption of Jesus Christ. I graduated from Fresno Pacific with a BA in Liberal Studies. I am the loudest laugher you’ll ever meet, and I laugh at all my own jokes. If we haven’t met, I hope we get to soon!
Kids Ministry Administrator
I’ve been married to Dan for 26 years, and we’ve been at NewCov even longer! We have 4 kids: 2 are in college (1 of those is in the Air National Guard), and 2 are in high school. We love traveling and serving at our church!
Mosaic Special Needs Director
Hi! My name is Miranda Borman. I am the Adventure Buddies Director at NewCov. I have been attending NewCov since August 2020. I got married in November 2022 to my wonderful husband Tyler, then became a mama to our sweet boy Beckett in August 2023. I have been working with children with special needs since 2019, which brings me endless joy! When I am outside of the sanctuary, you can find me on the east side of NewCov’s campus coaching Tball and soccer with my husband. And when I’m not on a field, I’m usually spending quality time with my friends and family. I am super excited to see this ministry thrive with God’s lead.
