NewCov’s Response To Coronavirus (Covid-19)

(as of 3/20/2020)

The Covid-19 virus situation is constantly changing and as new information is released it’s our responsibility to act accordingly. The President of the United States declared a National State of Emergency and Governor Newsome has ordered a “shelter in place”.

NewCov is complying with all regulations and we have closed our office. Our staff is
working at home, producing daily online devotions, praying, working on social media pieces and reaching out to our church family with offers of support and encouragement.

We believe that God is in control and He is sovereign, but we also have a duty not to
harm our community or our congregation. To that note, we will continue our Sunday service in online format until we receive new information.

Because we can’t meet, the staff will continue to use all forms of social media to daily reach out with the Word of God. If you are not on Facebook, please consider connecting with us on our NewCov Facebook Page.

We will also upload devotionals and sermons to our NewCov Vimeo Channel.

Additionally, if you are not on our email list – send us your name and email address to [email protected].

If you’re in need of prayer please call the church office at (559) 298-0688. We have a pastor on call 24/7. You can also email your prayer requests to Mike at [email protected].

If you are in need of additional support please send a detailed email to [email protected]. We welcome the opportunity to help those in need.

We’ll be live streaming our Sunday services on Facebook until further notice.  You can join us live at 9:00AM on Sundays on NewCov’s Facebook Page, or watch them later on our NewCov Vimeo Channel.

Join the the elementary age lesson from pastor Chip and his team live at NewCov’s Adventureland Facebook Page at 10:00AM on Sundays. There’s also lots of fun ideas posted throughout the week. Feel free to email Chip at [email protected] with any questions.

Josh, our Jr. High and High School pastor is also providing live online viewing Wednesday nights at 7:00PM on NewCov’s NCSM YouTube Channel.

If you would like to be added to the Wednesday night small group “Brand New” email Pastor Scott G at [email protected] to get your viewing code.

In light of these changes, we’re being asked how the congregation can make their giving contributions. You can do so via Online Giving, or by use the Bill Pay option through your online banking.
Thank you for continuing to be faithful and cheerful givers.

We are praying for everyone to stay safe and healthy during this challenging time. We believe our church and our community will only be stronger by the way we respond to this. Let’s show the world how we love one another! Please help spread the word to fellow NewCov’ers!

Our church office is temporarily closed until further notice.
